How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you want, choose your size and color (if applicable), and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’ve finished shopping, go to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

Do you offer free shipping and return?

For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $70! Expedited options are also available at checkout for a fee. Exchanges are free for non-hijab items in the U.S., otherwise the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier’s website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. During peak seasons orders can sometimes take up to 5 business days to process in our facility. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order’s journey. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address if shipped via our standard shipping service.

What if I need to Change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at veiledsister.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Domestic U.S. shipping

Orders over $70 ship free. Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Expedited shipping options are available via UPS Next Day Air and are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. You can check the list of countries we ship to during the checkout process. Please note that international shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

How soon will I get my refund?

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by Veiledsister. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
